VCA Code Group is a building code consultant and provides a complete scope of services for building departments. Plan review is one of those services. We are approximately two months into the new code cycle and VCA Code Group has received a number of commercial and residential plan reviews. So far we are not seeing submitted plans addressing the new CALGreen code. This is a reminder that CALGreen became effective January 1, 2011. I’m still conducting CALGreen training.
