CALGreen section 5.303.1 Meters, requires separate water meters for separates tenants. In the case of a high rise structure, with a central hot water system, will the jurisdiction require separate meters for both the hot and cold for each separate tenant space?

One of the major differences between building inspections conducted by a city and the commissioning process, is that building inspectors only spot verify components in a static condition, whereas commissioning analyst verify each component, witness system startup, observe system operations under varying load conditions to ensure the system is meeting the design criteria established by the engineer of record and meets the goals and objectives of the owner.
